FIELD: tobacco products.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cherry jelly extraction by non-polar liquefied gas to obtain the specified extract, mixing of the tobacco materials with liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and blending together with periodical depressurising in the extraction mixture to lower the pressure of the moist steam of carbon dioxide at the extraction temperature. Then miscella and oil meal are separated. The oil meal is slurred in the water solution of edible polycarboxylic acid and edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced into liquor. Then the suspension is formed, dried to a residual humidity of 13-15% and cut. Then it is treated with gas-liquid cherry jelly extract and separated CO2 miscella by raising simultaneously the pressure. The pressure is relieved to atmospheric one by freezing simultaneously the soaked carbon dioxide and the latter is sublimed to obtain a target product in the residue.
EFFECT: shortening the duration of technological process and obtaining reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties.
