FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopedics, and may be used in traumas of forearm for reconstruction of defects of extensor tendons of the 1-5th fingers and hand ancipital extensor at forearm level. Only two linear incisions are made in the projection of ancipital hand flexor and on the back surface of lower third of the forearm. Thereafter musculotendious parts of the extensor tendon of the first finger and musculotendious part of the long muscle tendon abducing the first finger are sutured together. Thereafter tendon of the ancipitor flexor of the hand from the ancipital side of the forearm is pulled to its back surface and sutured to previously sutured tendons of the first finger by a loop at its maximal extension and retraction. Distal parts of musculotendinous extensors of the 2-5th fingers are sutured together. Plastic recovery of extensor tendons of the 2-5th fingers by replacement of their defect with autotendon of long palmar muscle with full wrist extension and plasty of the defect of the ancipital extensor of the wrist with autotendon of plantar muscle also with full wrist extension.
EFFECT: preservation of stability and active movements in the wrist joint, preserving active movements of fingers in full volume, shortened duration of treatment, reduced traumatism and simplified surgery.
