FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, particularly experimental gastroenterology, and treatment of stomach and duodenum ulcer. Method involves peat processing by 1.0% aqueous ammonium solution and 1.75% hydroperoxide solution at the ratio of 1:5:5 with heating up to 140°C and constant stirring, separation and condensation of liquid phase until dry substance content in 1 ml of solution reaches 80 mg. Indicated medium is administered intragastrically daily once per day in single dosage of 50-100 mg/kg.
EFFECT: efficient regeneration and protection effect on gastroenteric mucosa, reduced risk of side effects.
