FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: the suggested remedy should be obtained due to mixing dry extract out of calendula inflorescences 2.5 h; dry extract out of hawthorn fruits 1.5 h; dry extract out of dog rose fruits 1.0 h; dry extract out of great plantain leaves 1.0 h; dry extract out of common licorice roots 1.0 h; dry extract out of cudweed 0.5 h; dry extract out of elecampane rhizomes 0.5 h; dry extract out of sea buckthorn fruits 0.5 h; finely divided powder out of coriander fruits 0.5 h. As plant raw material for obtaining dry extracts it is necessary to apply the fruits of hawthorn, sea buckthorn, dog rose reduced up to 0.5 mm size of particles, 1-2 inflorescences of calendula, licorice root, cudweed grass, elecampane rhizome, 3.0 mm plantain's leaves. Extraction of hawthorn, licorice, cudweed, sea buckthorn and elecampane should be carried out with 40-45%-, the 1st and the 2nd extraction of calendula with 80%-, the 3d and the 4th - with 50%-, the 1st and the 2nd extraction of dog rose - with 96%-ethyl alcohol, extraction of plantain, the 3d and the 4th extraction of dog rose - with water at the ratio of raw material:extragent for calendula, dog rose, sea buckthorn, cudweed being 1:10, for licorice - 1:14-15, for hawthorn, plantain, elecampane - 1:20. Extraction of plantain, licorice, cudweed, elecampane, sea buckthorn occurs at 95°C, calendula and 1 and 2 extractions of dog rose take place at 18-20°C, the 3d and the 4th extractions of dog rose - 30-40°C, hawthorn - at 35-40°C. During 1 h one should fulfill 2 extractions of licorice and cudweed, for sea buckthorn - 3 extractions, for hawthorn - per 6 h/2 extractions, for plantain - per 1.5 h 2 extractions, for elecampane per 2 h 2 extractions. Filtered extractions should be evaporated, dried in vacuum drier. The innovation enables to increase the output of biologically active substances into the product.
