FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention considers mixing of liquid and powder-like substances with inherent flow properties. The invention can be used in chemical, paint and coating and food industries. The mixer includes vertical blending chamber. There is a nozzle above the said chamber and on its axis. Inside nozzle there are channels provided for supplying components to be mixed. Discharge pipe is located under the above chamber. The operating gas supply nozzles are placed full-circle at an equal distance from each other and relative to the blending chamber axis of symmetry. The above-mentioned nozzles are combined by a header and contain sleeve. There is a platform between the sleeve and discharge pipe. The platform is provided with coolant channels and open-end holes for mixed-up components passing through them. The height of the above holes exceeds their diametre in ten or more times. To discharge operating gas, several holes are provided in the blending chamber wall above the said platform. There are also holes in blending chamber walls for coolant supply to the platform channels and holes for coolant discharge from the above mentioned platform channels.

EFFECT: improved evenness of mixture components distribution in volume due to increased rate of particles dispergation and reduced time of chemical reactions between them.
