SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industries dealing with raw materials crashing with the use of hammer-like grinders. More often, the invention is used in construction materials industry. Method of quick-adjusting impact bars installation provides for radial cover putting on the base. The radial cover is put on the base through the groove made in the base at the side opposite to impact bars rotation. The front cover is also inserted into the base from the side opposite to impact bars rotation with an effort exceeding the strength of spring-loaded clips. Both radial and front covers are made from wear resistant shock-proof material.
EFFECT: improved reliability of impact bars clips operation and reduced costs for repair, extended life time of impact bars.
