SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insulation material, namely to that used in outerwear and footwear production. The insulation layered material comprises a layer of functional fabric, an air-permeable water-repellent insulation layer and a microporous membrane layer with high air permeability and having a pore net. The functional fabric, insulation layer with high air permeability and microporous membrane layer are connected to each other by lamination to form air-permeable water-repellent insulation layered material.
EFFECT: production of air-permeable water-repellent insulation material which does not swell, have sufficient rupture strength, is not too rigid and does not make noise.
