SUBSTANCE: proposed is a security and rescue device for swimming pools and recreation-and-entertainment parks, formed from a bracelet with a cardiac arrest detector, alarm button, location device and, optionally, a water detector, comprising, in case of a person losing consciousness due to sudden overcooling, in case of cardiac arrest or in case of emergency, an automatic rescue device, particularly made in form of an inflatable net placed at the bottom of the swimming pool and raising any victim to the surface.
EFFECT: faster provision of aid to a victim.
