FIELD: physics; communication.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a device for transmitting with several carrier frequencies, providing for improvement of parametre of frequency of occurrence of burst errors in the system, in which transmission data are transmitted several times at several carrier frequencies. In the said device transmission data undergo error-correction coding in a coding module, modulation in modulation module and repetition in repetition module. After repetition the signal (repetition bit) is displayed in two-dimensions in a frequency domain and in a time domain in accordance with a given pattern in the display module. Control of the transmission power of the repetition bit is done such that, the complete value of the transmission power of repetition bits, related to a single bit, is the same for all bits, and that the repetition bit of the preferred reception quality has the most transmission power, and the repetition bit with bad reception quality has low transmission power.

EFFECT: improved parametre of frequency of occurrence of burst errors in the system.
