SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Preserves are prepared as follows: onion is cut, blanched and chopped, Korean cod fillet is chopped, the above listed components are mixed with chicken eggs and table salt to obtain stuffing, it is formed, breaded in bread crumbs and fried in vegetable oil to obtain cutlets, potatoes are cut, blanched and strained, dill is cut and frozen, potatoes, dill and table salt are mixed under oxygen free conditions, cutlets, the obtained mixture and milk are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserves for dietary meals possess better digestibility comparing to similar dishes.
