FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: onions are cut, blanched and chopped, beef is cut and chopped, wheat bread is soaked in milk. Listed components are mixed with chicken eggs and salt to obtain mince, which is formed. Then it is coated with wheat white breadcrumbs and fried in melted fat to make cutlets. Parsley green is cut and frozen, then cutlets, garnish and melted fat are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increase of digestibility from 2,4·105 to 2,8·105 comparing to the similar dish.
