FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food for space feeding. Tinned food is made by cutting, blanching and straining parsley roots and raw onions, blanching and straining carrots, freezing and shredding French beans and herbs, shredding tongue, browning in melted butter wheat flour, mixing listed ingredients with bone broth, table salt, and CO2-extracts of black pepper and laurel leaves. The mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: this invention allows to expand range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of canned food which ensures increase of its digestibility.
