FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: in stand it is rigidly fixed bending pattern, allowing profile surface. On profile surface of pattern along the full length it is implemented pointed notch. Opposite the pointed notch of pattern with ability of reciprocative transportation on stand it is fixed accessory for formation on sheet billet of profile section, corresponding to pointed notch. It is also accessory for rounding of sheet billet by profile surface of pattern, which is implemented in the form of blade, located on the surface of sheet billet and corresponding to it by dimensions. Additionally one end of blade is rigidly fixed on stand, and at the second end it is a handle for rounding of blade by profile surface.
EFFECT: it is reduced specific quantity of metal, there are extended manufacturing capabilities.
