FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: feed pipe is fixed in a turntable and fed by a carriage into the hole between the bending template and the bending roller. Providing a flat or volumetric contour of the pipe bend by means of motors associated with the control system. Straight sections between the bends of the pipe are set by linear movement of the carriage, the position of which is controlled by the sensor. The pipe is cut into separate sections by a clipping mechanism.
EFFECT: accuracy of the geometrical dimensions of the pipe is increased and the technological capabilities are being expanded.
