FIELD: technological processes; food products.
SUBSTANCE: prior to bag filling with drink it is filled with inertial gas. Inertial gas is exhausted from bag as it is filled with drink. Since the bag is preliminarily filled with inertial gas, it is not blown during filling with drink and, accordingly, bag is to a lesser degree liable to rupture in the process of its filling with drink, and air available in the bag is removed together with inertial gas. Mixture of inertial gas and air is exhausted from the bag. At that probability of the fact that air will remain in the bag and the drink will be spoiled is reduced. Invention provides placement of bag in container, at that air is also removed from the cavity between container and bag. If the drink is beer, CO2 or nitrogen may be used as inertial gas. In invention valve unit is also suggested, which is intended for device of alcohol drinks pouring as independent item and assembled with intake pipe.
EFFECT: lower probability of air presence in the bag after its filling with drink.
