FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composite high-strength gypsum material is made of composition that includes the following components, wt %: gypsum binder - 31.5-78.5, calcium hydroxide - 0.09-0.28, potassium polymethyl siliconate - 0.32-1.50, sodium polycarboxylate - 0.30-1.53, sodium tripolyphosphate - 0.012-0.16, hydrazide of isonicotinic acid - 0.002-0.016, siliceous filler - 0-55.85, water - the rest. Method for production of composite high-strength gypsum material includes separate preparation of mixtures of aqueous solutions of calcium hydroxide and potassium polymethyl siliconate and mixture of aqueous solutions of sodium polycarboxylate, isonicotinic acid hydrazide and sodium tripolyphosphate, further combination of produced mixtures during mixing and introduction of gypsum binder into combined mixture in process of mixing to produce homogeneous suspension. Siliceous filler is added into produced suspension, and its final mixing is carried out to prepare homogeneous composition.
EFFECT: increased strength, water resistance and durability of composite materials.
