FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of toxic rocket liquid propellant components (TRLP) and blasting works, and can be used at space objects of social-economic, scientific and military purpose. The proposed method includes spinning the separating stage (SS) after cutting off the sustainer and separating it from the rocket or a space complex top stage. Prior to launching, elongated cumulative charges are fitted on outer surfaces of liquid propellant tanks, all along the surface and/or axially-symmetric cumulative charges in preset sequence. In separation, the signal to explode aforesaid charges is fed to automatically produce through holes or openings for the remained toxic components to be thrown outside and dissipated on out-of-atmosphere flight trajectory sections and in the Earth atmosphere upper layers.
EFFECT: complete removal of TRLP from tanks SS, dissipation of toxic components on out-of-atmosphere flight trajectory sections and in Earth atmosphere upper layers.
