FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for determining parametres of objects represented with passive multiple-element earthed two-terminal devices having in-series parallel connected capacity, inductivity and resistance. Earthed two-terminal device brings phase-locked loop systems (PLL systems) into negative feedback circuit. Layout of two-terminal device is changed by switching the circuit with a key. There measured are resonant frequencies of two-terminal device at various layout, and the required parametres are calculated. Use of negative feedback in PLL system circuit allows in comparison to similar methods to additionally determine active resistance of two-terminal device, and thus to increase accuracy of determining two-terminal device parametres.

EFFECT: increasing accuracy of determining two-terminal device parametres.
