FIELD: the invention refers to the field of electrical measurements of non-electrical values and may be used as for controlling and measuring of the humidity of bulk materials according to their dielectric permeability so for controlling for example of the level, availability of the substance directly in the technological process.

SUBSTANCE: the high frequency dielcometric measurer of non-electrical values has a measuring master in whose oscillatory circuit a measuring condenser with electrodes is included. The measuring master oscillator has an additional oscillatory circuit and is fulfilled in the shape of a two-stroke master oscillator. The both oscillatory circuits are switched to the symmetric input of the measuring master oscillator and their common point is grounded along the high frequency. At that the coefficient of connection between circuits is Csw→0. Besides the electrodes of the measuring condenser are symmetrically located on the diametrically opposite sides of the cylindrical body. At that the length of the arc of each electrode is equal one fourth of the length of the circumference of the cylindrical bode.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of measuring by way of elimination of error from electrical conductivity of the controlled substance.
