FIELD: production processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is intended for use in liquid-crystal displays. The proposed dissipating glass comprises at least one light dissipating polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) layer containing PMMA-matrix, as well as 0.5% to 59.5% by weight of spherical dissipating particles (A) per the weight of dissipating PMMA layer, and 0.5% to 59.5% by weight of spherical dissipating particles (B) per the weight of dissipating PMMA layer. The proposed glass features light transmission varying from 20% to 70% and dissipating ability exceeding 0.3. note that the ratio of squared average asperity Rz of the PMMA layer surface to the spherical particles (B) size, Rz 2/DPB 3, equals to 0.0002 to 0.1300 mkm-1.
EFFECT: high luminosity factor and very high dissipating effect.
