SUBSTANCE: invention is related to simulator building and may be used to create simulator to develop skills of work under conditions of overload. Device comprises the first circular system, the second circular system, simulator cabin, platform, two circular trusses, hydraulic cylinders, guides for hydraulic cylinders, upper hollow axis of device, lower hollow axis of device, upper bearing unit, lower bearing unit of base, bearings, electric motor, reduction gear, ring of double-tee profile of the first circular system, axle that connects the first circular system and the second circular system, rollers for installation of cables, rotation rollers, trapezoidal sectors of top-flatted profile, in which rollers are fixed, roller - compensator of rotation torques. Device also comprises external movable ring of top-flatted profile of the first and second circular systems, ball compensators installed on the sides of double-tee profile, jacket of the first and second circular systems, the first reversing electric motor, planetary system of gears, the first reels with cables, the second reversing electric motor, the second reels with cables, segment of top-flatted profile, cables puller, guide units and display.

EFFECT: increased extents of simulator freedom and increased angular speed in specified plane.
