FIELD: training; rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training facilities for training the crew and cabin crew of a helicopter for actions necessary for survival in exceptional (emergency and catastrophic) situations, which, for various reasons, can occur during flights above the water surface of various water areas, including over the stormy sea. Simulator of leaving a sinking helicopter contains a crane-beam, on which an electric hoist with a cargo hook moves on the trolley. In the helicopter cockpit mockup with a ring in its center, in the upper part of the ring there is a suspension module with a fastening unit, a set of rollers and a pneumatic brake, and under the lower part of the helicopter cockpit mockup there is a number of tanks, on one side of the helicopter cockpit mockup there is a cargo, and on the tail side of the helicopter cockpit mockup there is a painter fixed. Several calibrated holes are made in the tanks to ensure that the internal volume of the tanks is filled with water when the helicopter cockpit mockup is immersed in the pool. Wave generator and several video cameras are installed in the pool, and wind generators are placed on the side. Cargo hook of the electric hoist is fixed in the fastening point of the suspension module.
EFFECT: technical result is improved crew training for emergency situations.
