FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: container contains casing, lid, inside tube, which is put in with possibility of movements into the outer tube, which is connected to hole in the lid by upper end. There is a tap on the top of the lid. Tube lower end has inside concaved bottom with holes. Together with tube lower end it makes a valve for control of drink supply from container cavity into tube. In storage mode the lower tube end covers holes in the bottom doesn't let the drink to go into the tube from the container. As the tube is lifted up (consumption mode) drink is going to the tube from holes in the bottom. Then it is sucked in by consumer. Air-inlet hole is provided. It is closed in storage mode. Device has a kit of pairs of outside and inside tubes of different length to consume drink from different height containers.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase of usage convenience by means of possibility to keep verticality while consuming drink and increased extraction rate from the container.
