FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: deflector consists of case, of circular hydro-chamber filled with oil and equipped with circular piston installed to be operated with working fluid, of eccentric load, of telescopic support elements pivotally connected with plungers and communicating with circular hydraulic-chamber. The deflector is equipped with a bushing installed in the case, with a disk-distributor located in the circular hydro-chamber and spring-loaded against the circular piston, and with a tightly fitted in the bushing ring with inlet openings. The circular hydro-chamber is formed between the case and the bushing and is divided with partitions to compartments corresponding to number of telescopic support elements, while the eccentric load is secured on the disk-distributor, wherein an opening is made connecting under-piston space of the circular hydro-chamber with its compartments; length of the opening is determined by required number of compartments or telescopic support elements. The spring is made so, that in transport position of the deflector it is released, while in working position it presses the dick-distributor to the ring, the outlet openings of which are communicated with the compartments of the circular hydro-chamber.
