SUBSTANCE: complex includes frame installed on wheel chassis. The following components are installed on frame: module for drying of objects surface, including fan and device for air heating, module for removal of drop moisture from objects, module for checking of jackets tightness, including compressor and device for air pressure monitoring, module for power supply of object systems and units of engines conservation, comprising device for power supply of object systems and device for power supply of engines conservation units, control module, including temperature and humidity control panel, power supply unit, control panel and external control panel, module for dust removal and cleaning of object surfaces from hard deposits, comprising accessories for removal of hard deposits from surfaces of objects and devices for dust removal, and module for repair of object jackets, including accessories for repair of jackets and device for welding of jackets, which are arranged with the possibility of remote control. All modules are connected by flexible sleeves with jacket or semi-jacket installed on object.

EFFECT: set provides for required operational-technical conditions of objects storage at considerable reduction of expenses.
