FIELD: rocket and artillery weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of restoring the operability of rocket and artillery weapons on the basis of assembly points of damaged vehicles in conditions of limited supply of spare parts and accessories and the absence of external sources of power supply. Mobile robotic repair and diagnostic complex contains diagnostic and technological containers. The diagnostic container is divided into a laboratory diagnostic compartment with equipment for diagnosing faulty parts, tribotechnical diagnostics, quality control and marking, a 3D scanner, a calculation rest compartment and a storage compartment. The technological container is equipped with a universal robotic arm, a set of hydraulic equipment, a universal additive complex, a 3D printer, a robotic transport product, and a power supply compartment. The objects of the complex are interconnected by closed data transmission lines and radio communication channels.
EFFECT: efficient production of parts is ensured, the possibility of implementing the “digital twin” technology is ensured, and reliability is increased.
