Mobile robotic repair and diagnostic complex contains diagnostic and technological containers. The diagnostic container is divided into a laboratory diagnostic compartment with equipment for diagnosing faulty parts, tribotechnical diagnostics, quality control and marking, a 3D scanner, a calculation rest compartment and a storage compartment. The technological container is equipped with a universal robotic arm, a set of hydraulic equipment, a universal additive complex, a 3D printer, a robotic transport product, and a power supply compartment. The objects of the complex are interconnected by closed data transmission lines and radio communication channels.

EFFECT: efficient production of parts is ensured, the possibility of implementing the “digital twin” technology is ensured, and reliability is increased.
