FIELD: physics; sport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains a target on a panel made from acoustically homogeneous material with built-in acoustic detectors, connected through optical channels with a unit for determining hit coordinates. The unit for determining hit coordinates is connected by a radio channel to a computer device, connected to a device for displaying shooting results. The panel is made from material with high impact strength. Each optical channel has, on the transmitting side, series connected signal amplifier for amplifying signals from the acoustic detector, the input of which is the input of the channel, light-emitting diode signal conditioner and a light-emitting diode, and on the receiving side - a photodiode, connected to a signal amplifier for amplifying signals from the photodiode, the output of which is the output of the channel. The acoustic detectors, structural components of the optical channel and unit for determining hit coordinates are protected by armour plates.
EFFECT: reduced weight of the shooting-range, longer service life of the shooting-range, as well as wider arsenal of used firearms.
