FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used in different mechanisms where high motor reliability is required. The invention deals with the contact-free electric motor intended, for example for manual electric tools. The motor consists of housing, stator with winding, rotor with permanent magnet, sealing elements to be mated with housing and stator fronts by their surfaces. The said surfaces are located along electric motor axis at a distance being less than radius of winging ends. Stator is implemented with venting ducts in the form of longitudinal cavities between stator back, teeth and winding.
EFFECT: improved reliability of electric motor by improving winding and stator magnet core cooling; improved protection of rotor permanent magnets due to prevented penetration of treatment products, i e magnet-conducting material particles accumulated in electric motor air-gap during operation.
