METHOD OF INTERFERENCE-IMMUNE RECEPTION AND TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION ON COMMUNICATION CHANNEL WITH NOISE AND DEEP FADING AND RADIO STATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC H04B1/38 H04J13/02

Abstract RU 2360361 C2

FIELD: information technology; railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to information transmission systems, used in railway transport. In the method information to be transmitted is broken down into packets, each of which is broken into L characters of m bits each. The characters are explicitly replaced with corresponding standard sequences (SS), which possess inter-correlation properties. The encoded packet is alternated and transmitted in a radio channel. At the receiving side there is reception of elementary signals (ES) corresponding to bits of the transmitted encoded packet. The encoded packet is de-alternated, the attachment of each elementary signal to the number of the transmitted character and the bit number inside the replacing standard sequence are determined. The result of analogue-to-digital conversion of the elementary signal is successively multiplied by the corresponding bit number 2m of the standard sequence. The products are accumulated in adders, corresponding to the number of standard sequences. From the maximum value of accumulated sums, each of the L received standard sequences is reconstructed. The information series of characters is reconstructed from the chosen conformity of the standard sequence and initial bits of the packet. The radio station contains a transceiver (1), codec (2), and an adjustment unit (3). The codec contains a unit for generating characters (7), display unit (8), alternation unit (9), unit for adding synchro-sequence (10), reference signal unit (11), analogue-to-digital converter (12), correlation adder unit (13), reconstruction unit (14), synchroniser unit (15) and a control unit (16).

EFFECT: higher probability of correct reception of information while retaining sufficient transmission speed.
