Method includes preparation of the recipe components, white meat soaking in milk and chopping, rabbit meat and raw tallow chopping, mixing the above mentioned components with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain cutlet mass, its forming, breading in the wheat crumbs and frying in the melted butter to obtain cutlets, cutting and freezing sugar peas and herbs and mixing them with table salt, packing cutlets, the melted fat, sealing and sterilising. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides for producing new canned food with high digestibility as compared to similar cookery dish.
