SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by cauliflower, potatoes and leek cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, parsley leaves cutting and freezing, beef cutting, mixing of listed components with table salt under oxygen-free conditions, mixing of obtained mixture and bone broth in the predefined ratio of ingredients, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
