SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes beef, mutton, pork, speck, onion, garlic, and parsley green cutting; potato and celery root cutting and blanching; carrot blanching and cutting; pea blanching up to 150 % mass increasing; fresh Savoy cabbage shredding and freezing; tomato cutting and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood, black pepper, and bay leaf, pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
