FIELD: medicine; hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: smoke of habitual tobacco is inhaled actively in smoking. Graded reduction of smoking process is ensured by that tobacco is rolled with a spiral mouthpiece wherein inclination of a spiral channel towards an axis of the mouthpiece is 68°. The smoker is self-isolated for the smoking moment by solitude and sound insulation. Number of daily smoking sessions is reduced, while intensity of each smoking is increased by higher depth and rate of draws until aversion to tobacco smoke and smoking process are observed. The aversion degree is self-controlled, and dynamics of smoking and inhaling number reduction are self-regulated. When aversion is repetitive, smoking is completely stopped. It is combined with autosuggestions of smoking hazards and personal health improvement after smoking cessation.
EFFECT: higher rate and reliability of complete smoking cessation, fast personal health improvement and liberation of functional disorders accompanying smoking.
