SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this invention, tightening the threaded joints by impact motor-driven nut runner comprises applying tightening torque and impact pulses till preset axial tightening force, that ensure squeezing the joint of assy parts, and counting the number of impact pulses. The nut-runner motor braking acceleration is measured, now, on applying the impact pulse. Counting the number of impact pulses starts after squeezing the said joint on increasing the motor braking acceleration during the impact pulse.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement of tightening torque during application of impact.
