FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: according to method for production of emulsol for lubrication of metal moulds during manufacturing of concrete and reinforced concrete products, spent petroleum oils are mixed with salts of higher fatty acids and reagent - potassium hydroxide at the following ratio of components, wt %: spent petroleum oils - 96-98, salts of higher fatty acids - 1-2, potassium hydroxide - 1-2, prepared composition is heated up to 100°C-250°C with continuous mixing for 2 hours, then settled for 72 hours and supernatant fluid is decanted - emulsol. Emulsol prepared by above mentioned method.
EFFECT: higher efficiency for unloading of concrete and reinforced concrete products from metal moulds.
