SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with elements of aerodynamic control and stabilisation, useful load and board equipment, bearing surfaces, power unit with devices of thrust misalignment. Board equipment comprises block of power unit adaptive control, which provides for coincidence of thrust and flying vehicle speed vectors direction during takeoff run and thrust misalignment upwards whenever speed is achieved equal to takeoff speed. Block of power unit adaptive control includes metres of weight, speed of flying vehicle and thrust value of its power unit, device for input of initial data, calculator and command device that controls thrust misalignment device drive.

EFFECT: reduced distance of flying vehicle takeoff run on runway.
