FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: sulphoaluminate clinker has the phase content as follows; in wt % 5-25, preferentially 10-20 wt % of alumoferrite phase of the general formula C2AXF(1-X), where X includes the values in the range from 0.2 to 0.8; 15-35 wt %, preferentially 20-30 wt % of calcium sulphoaluminate phase. C4A3S; 40-75 wt %, preferentially 45-65 wt % of belite - C2S; 0.01-10% w/w of one ore more minor phases selected from calcium sulphate, alkali metals sulphates, perovskite, calcium aluminate, helenite, pure limestone and periclase and/or vitreous phase In addition it contains one or more additive elements selected from sulphur, magnesium, sodium, potassium, boron, phosphorous, zinc, manganese, titanium, fluorine, chlorine which are present in following amounts: sulphur in the form of sulfuric anhydride 3-10 wt %; magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide - up to 5 wt % ; sodium. In the form of sodium oxide - up to 5 wt %; potassium in the form of potassium oxide - up to 5 wt %; boron in the form of boron oxide - up to 3 wt %; phosphorous in the form of phosphoric anhydride - up to 7 wt %; zinc, manganese, titanium in the form of their oxides or their mixture - up to 5 wt %; fluorine and chlorine in the form of calcium fluoride and calcium chloride or their mixture - up to 3 wt %. The total content of the aforesaid additive elements is no more than 15 wt %. The method for preparation of the said sulphoaluminate clinker and the hydraulic binder thereof are claimed also.
EFFECT: improvement of the method for clinker preparation and enhancing of its application efficiency.
