FIELD: sulfoaluminate cement clinkers.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to composition of the sulfoaluminate cement clinker obtained by means of dissolving. The mentioned clinker can be used in the building material industry as an independent bonding material and as an additive in the course of nonshrinking cement production. In order to produce such cements, the sulfoaluminate clinker is added to an ordinary portland cement clinker in the amount of 4-10 % weight %. The sulfoaluminate cement clinker obtained by means of dissolving of the raw charge material containing in weight %: calcium-bearing component 45 - 65, - aluminum-bearing component 25 - 40, sulphate-bearing component 10 -15; in the arc plasma furnace with further crystallization from the liquid melt of the obtained clinker minerals with formation of the clinker that contains the weight %: calcium sulfoaluminate -C4A3Ŝ 75-85, calcium sulfoalumoferrit -C4(A,F)3Ŝ 5 - 15, calcium alumoferrit -C4AF 5-10, belit -C2S 5-10.
EFFECT: improvement of sulfoaluminate cement strength, production of nonshrinking cement with reduced water perviousness and crack formation.
