FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: crushed gypsum stone is loaded into tightly closing unit, temperature is increased inside unit up to 60-70°C, afterwards unit is sealed, and excessive pressure is created in it - 0.13 MPa, crushed gypsum stone is heated up to temperature of 124°C and barothermal soaking is carried out with further drying and unloading of produced binder, excess pressure of 0.13 MPa is created by atmospheric air injection inside unit, barothermal soaking is carried out for 3-5 hours, during which condensate is periodically removed, drying is carried out for 30 minutes after pressure drops down to 0.1 MPa, then vacuum pump is used to create underpressure of 0.05-0.075 MPa and drying is continued until temperature and pressure are stabilised.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method for production of high-strength gypsum and increase of its strength.
