FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials, particularly to production of high-strength gypsum. Invention comprises high-strength gypsum production method. Method of producing high-strength gypsum involves processing gypsum crushed stone in an autoclave, unloading the steamed crushed stone into an atmosphere of normal pressure atmosphere, cooling and drying in a drying drum. Processing of gypsum crushed stone in autoclave is performed at temperature of about 124 °C and pressure of 0.13 MPa for 5–7 hours with saturated steam. Saturated steam is supplied to the autoclave through the steam feed line. Steam is fed into the autoclave vertically and symmetrically about the autoclave axis, with multiple steam discharge pipes inclined downwards, which are pre-equipped with an autoclave. Steam discharge pipes are connected to steam feed line. Gypsum crushed stone is cooled to approximately 40 °C. Drying in drying drum lasts for about 2 hours at temperature of 120 °C.
EFFECT: uniform steam treatment of gypsum chips, high stability of production, quality and strength of the end product.
