FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to floating pontoons used for mooring of vessels and boats, in particular sail or motor pleasure boats, in sea and river ports, and also on different waterways. Complex consists of mechanised floating movable systems for displacement of booms for mooring of vessels and boats in dock basins with provision of reciprocal displacement of specified booms along perpendicular trajectory so that space remains for maneuvering of vessels and boats between at least two adjacent booms, while all other spaces between booms are closed for maneuvering. Every system comprises fastening facilities for booms or boom sections, at that specified booms or boom sections are located perpendicular to direction of reciprocal motion; facilities that are installed on its both ends and provide for its connection to the same system located opposite to it, or with connection facility available at the end of pier or fixed boom; facilities for provision of directed reciprocal motion parallel to pier or main pontoon relative to certain fixed point, which is pile or berthing dolphin or group of piles or berthing dolphins drive into basin bottom, at that specified fixed points of mentioned complex are installed in the form of proper grid with axes perpendicular and parallel to mentioned pier or main pontoon and with size of cells that makes it possible to execute specified maneuvering of boom or group of adjacent booms engaged with their ends; systems controlled by fixed pontoon; facilities for booms actuation into reciprocal motion, at that specified facilities of mentioned complex drive obtain control from facilities of above-mentioned maneuvering synchronised control.

EFFECT: provides for possibility to maintain booms of considerable length in perpendicular position relative to main piers in case of wind effect.
