SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building. Proposed system comprises ship with chamber at its bottom, mooring turret running from deck level into said chamber, and mooring buoy that can be jointed with said chamber via jointing mechanism. Said mooring buoy supports one water-separating column. Note here that said water-separating column has jointing element at its end and can slide through buoy opening. Jointing element of water-separating column can be jointed to moving transport element intended for lifting water-separating column to deck level for jointing of jointing element to ship transfer channel.
EFFECT: higher reliability of mooring, faster jointing detachment.
