FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, particularly to design of support of mining face of thick steeply inclined coal bed. The section of the support consists of a base assembled on a bed floor and rigidly connected to a fence with 1-2 layers of burnisher; the fence is normally oriented to the base to the side of the bed support; further the section of the support is equipped with two rams arranged on sides of the base. The rams are made double-advanced. The fence is designed to perform angular rotation by means of horizontal axis and is hinged to a rotary fence; a telescopic screen with a ram is installed in the internal cavity of the rotary fence. A lower telescopic actuator is secured to the base from the side of the face; the actuator is designed to perform angular turn in vertical plane; also the actuator is made in form of a horizontal screw; rotating direction and package of a rim of the actuator facilitate transporting of broken coal in the direction of a flange side of the section. Variable height steps are welded in space between a lower actuator and the fence to the base; the steps form a ladder providing rise from mining side to the side of worked out space and from the flange side to the opposite side. The rotary fence rotating in vertical plane is connected with an upper telescopic actuator from the side of working space. The fence and the rotary fence are equipped with side boards from the flange side; also width of the side boards is not less, than length of double step of advance of the support section, while height of the fence does not exceed height of transport position of the support section.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency and safety of mining face supporting.
