SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology. Method psoriasis patients examination for keratocyte medicine sensitivity consists in cultivation of keratocyte cultures without epithelial growth factor in a nutrient medium with adding the liposome medicinal substances and/or their mixtures and analysis of the prepared cell cultures for proliferative activity in comparison with the reference cell cultures cultivated without the relevant medicinal substances and/or their mixtures referring to the rate of 3N-thymidine insertion to their nuclei.
EFFECT: rapid selection for the patient of a medical product thus providing effective suppression of proliferative activity of keratocytes.
