FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, dermatology, namely to an agent for external therapy of dermatoses selected from: skin infections, dermatosis, dermatitis, psoriasis, xerosis and keratosis, which contains active and auxiliary substances. Agent as active substances contains methylxanthine derivatives, preparations from β-adrenomimetic group, β-adrenoreceptors α, antiseptic preparations, as well as probiotic metabolites - products of microbial activity, and as auxiliary substances includes glycerine monostearate, glycerine, vegetable oil and water in following ratio of components (wt. %): methylxanthine derivatives - 0.1–10.0; preparations from β-adrenomimetic group β- 0.1–7.0; α-adrenocomprtors - 0.1–5.0; antiseptic drugs - 0.1–.0; probiotic metabolites - 0.01–2.0; glycerol monostearate, glycerine, vegetable oil and water are balance.
EFFECT: invention provides effective therapeutic effect on all links of pathogenesis of dermatoses.
