SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to field of melting - casting metallurgy of ferrous metals and alloys, and also to field of electrotechnical mechanical engineering and instrument engineering. Hard magnetic alloy after smelting and blending with refractory, chemically inert, dielectric microinclusions in the form of powder in amount 0.01-10.0 wt % is in use as ferromagnetic basis of magnetic medium.

EFFECT: required and regulated by value electro-magnetic properties, necessary for optimal operation of electric motor depending on frequency of supplied on it feed current.
