FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the melting-moulding metallurgy of ferrous material and alloys. Soft magnetic alloy after melting and mixing to refractory, reactionless, dielectric microinclusions in the form of powder operates as ferromagnetic basis of composite magnetic material, requied for manufacturing of monolithic magnetic cores of electrical machines. Dielectric phase operates as insoluble component of material exceeding specific electrical and inductive reactance of alloy.
EFFECT: development of effective method o receiving of specified material from the process of melting of initial charge of alloy up to process of receiving of finished cast blank of monolithic magnetic core with required and regulated by value electromagnetic properties, required for optimum operation of electric motor depending on rate of fed to its feeding current.
