SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric communication, namely, to data transmission by digital modulation methods. The invention may be used to transfer data represented as coordinates of signal star pattern points. The system includes sources of information (51-5N), multipliers (41-42N), adder (6), time-pulse generator (11,12), keys (31-32N), integrator (121-122N), data receivers (131 132N), eigenvector composers (21, 22), delta-pulse shaper (7), communication channel (8), feedback channel (10), pulse analyser (9), communication channel simulator (111-112N). Each eigenvector composer is implemented with a square matrix and includes multipliers (2-11 - 2-1K2+K), adders (2-31- 2-3 K2+K), pulse separator (2-21 - 2-2k), eigenvector calculator (2-4).

EFFECT: development of data transmission system with carries being concordant with communication channel characteristics and orthogonal both at channel input and output.
