FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. Food phospholipid BAS with hypolipidic properties is presented in the form of phospholipid that is obtained by defatting with organic solvent of food vegetal phospholipids, separation them from neutral lipids solution in organic solvent. Herewith defatted phospholipids are extracted by ethyl alcohol at ratio of defatted phospholipids - ethyl alcohol (1:3)-(1:7) at 40-60°C of temperature. As a result, alcohol-soluble and alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids are generated. Then phospholipids alcohol-soluble fraction is separated from phospholipids alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids and phospholipids alcohol-soluble fraction is dried out in vacuum to obtain target product.
EFFECT: food obtains hypolipidic properties due to increase of functional ingredients content - .
