FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Food phospholipid BAS with hepato-protective properties is phospholidis that are obtained by defatting with organic solvent of food vegetal phospholipids, separation them from neutral lipids solution in organic solvent. Herewith defatted phospholipids are extracted by ethyl alcohol at ratio of defatted phospholipids - ethyl alcohol (1:3)-(1:7) at 40-60°C of temperature. As a result, alcohol-soluble and alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids are generated. Then phospholipids alcohol-soluble fraction is separated from phospholipids alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids and phospholipids alcohol-soluble fraction is dried out in vacuum to obtain target product. The dietary supplement obtains hepato-protective properties due to increase of physiological functional components content, i.e. phosphatidylcholines.
EFFECT: invention may be used for obtaining high quality dietary supplement.
